CAVAZ HISTORY

Our story began around simple shared tables, filled with the aroma of traditional spiedo and the joy of spending meaningful moments together. The inspiration comes from Paolo, a truly special figure to us: he was the heart of village festivals, family Sundays, and evenings with friends. With his dedication, he turned every occasion into a celebration.

His dream was clear: to bring the tradition of Brescian spiedo to everyone, so that no one would have to give up the warmth and authentic flavour of the recipes passed down through generations.

We decided to carry on his legacy by founding EVENTI S.R.L., with the goal of bringing that spirit of togetherness back to life. Today, we bring the taste and tradition of our land to every special occasion, creating experiences that bring people and flavours together.
